Intro
In the 19th century, the puszta of Szeged Low-Town took more than one thousand hectares. The puszta of Baromjárás is its remaining part (295 hectares). The territory covered with dunes hosts reeds of lower aspect puszta spots and salinifying sandy puszta-lawns, along with protected plants and animals.
