Intro
Lake Csaj is a lake system surrounded by the villages of Csanytelek-Tömörkény-Baks. By the middle of the 20th century it was the casting area of the Tisza. Today's form was from 1964 to 1967. Since April 1979, it has been one of the sites of the Ramsar International Convention on Wetlands of International Importance, especially Waterfowl Habitats.
