Intro
The traditional Čurug Regatta is held on the Stara Tisa in Čurug. Rowing starts from the beach in Čurug to the beach in Bačko Gradište and back. The competition is attended by a large number of teams competing at 500 m distance, and the fastest one gets the Cup of the Sports Association of the Municipality of Žabalj which is also the organizer of this event.
