THE KAŠTEL HUNTING CASTLE, EČKA

Description of the accommodation:  At 60 km north of Belgrade and only 7 km from Zrenjanin, in the village of Ečka, there is a castle named Kaštel, built in the English style, from 1816 to 1820. The castle was erected by the Lazar family, and the ceremonial opening on August 29, 1820, was marked by the performance of Franz Liszt. Today this old castle is completely renovated and turned into a facility that will provide its guests with an unforgettable holiday in an authentic ambiance inspired by the aristocratic past. The castle has 38 rooms and 7 suites, which are a mixture of modern and medieval design, providing guests with an intimate atmosphere, peace and view of the magnificent park surrounding the entire building.
