Intro
One of the most beautiful synagogues in Europe with Eclectic, Moorish and Art Nouveau elements built in 1900-1903, the masterpiece of Lipót Baumhorn - the most important synagogue architect in the country. The idea came from the chief rabbi Immánuel Löw, and its glass windows of an incomparable colour harmony was painted by Miksa Róth.
