THE ROMAN CATHOLIC CATEDRAL OF ST. JOHN OF NEPOMUK – ZRENJANIN

Intro

The Roman Catholic Cathedral is dedicated to St. John of Nepomuk, who is considered the protector of all bridges and rivers. The construction lasted from 1864 to 1868 in the central city square, on the site of the former Catholic Church. The cathedral is a three-nave building designed by the architect Stevan Djordjević in neo-Romanesque style.
