Intro
The buildings are located ar Trg Oslobođenja No. 4 and in Kralja Petra I Street number 2 and 7. They were erected in the second half of the 18th century, during the period of the Titel–Šajkaš battalion, formed by the decision of the Empress Maria Theresa from 1763 in the area of the southeastern Bačka (between the Danube and the Tisa). Today the two-storey building at the square is Tisa Hotel, and the building in Kralja Petra Street no. 7 is Mileva Marić Vocational Secondary School, and Anker Hotel is at number 2.
