Intro
In the south-eastern part of the Titel Breg, just above Titel, there is a multi-layered locality of Calvary. The Calvary (Serbian: Kalvarija) locality is located in a place that dominates the surrounding terrain in the wider area of the Bačka, Banat and Srem regions, and it can be said that this place is at the confluence of the Tisa in the Danube and was suitable for settlement and defense in various historical epochs.
